The Me Movement has landed to maximise and enhance your work environment, professional relationships, day-to-day life and everything in between. Headed by a personal development expert, this group activity motivates and inspires people to take control of their lives, reach their goals and look after themselves.
Together, as a group, we'll host an intention setting workshop where you'll do personality tests, use some fun life coaching tools, take part in a goal setting project, create some meaningful intentions, do a personal or professional 'life-shape' test...all the while having fun and building a great rapport with colleagues and friends.
The results of this event are private and personal to you. Although this team building event is interactive, its totally up to you what you want to share from what you learned or discovered.
In this 90 minute event, let the magic of intention, the power of positivity and the fun overflow. This is not your ordinary team building event! Long after the Friday feelings fade, the hangovers subside and the work wives and husbands move on...this event will stay with you all.
